Adventure Awaits

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Cobia Skipper to join our team in Tasmania. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and enjoyable cruising experience for our guests on our Three Capes Lodge walk.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Management, maintenance, and oversight of Cobia, our 10.5m RIB.
  • Implementation of safe systems and procedures, as well as guest service standards.
  • Master of 'Cobia', maintaining high standards of comfort and operational performance and exceeding Australian national standards for commercial vessels.

Requirements:

  • Minimum Two years' experience in small boat operations.
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
  • Current Provide First Aid (or Level 2 equivalent) and CPR certificate.
  • Solid working knowledge of the Tasmanian Marine & Safety Regulations 2013 and the Australian Maritime Safety Authority Act 1990 plus associated Maritime legislation.
