About the Role

Lead village operations in the manager's absence to ensure seamless execution of daily tasks. The successful candidate will assist in day-to-day operations, including after-hours call outs, and take ownership of front office duties to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

Key Skills and Experience Required

Proven team leadership skills are essential, as well as hospitality/accommodation management experience and proficiency in RMS reservations systems. Strong computer skills, excellent communication, a customer-centric approach, and flexibility to work varying hours are also required.
