Job Opportunity: Quality Assurance Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team at a leading food manufacturing site. As a key member of the production team, you will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of high-quality products that meet customer and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the execution and maintenance of Food Safety and Quality programs
  • Ensure compliance with site Quality and Food Safety programs through day-to-day implementation, verification, and continuous improvement of operational controls
  • Train operational teams on quality and food safety requirements
  • Support site's external audit readiness and regulatory compliance

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5+ years' experience in a food/dairy manufacturing environment with relevant experience in Quality/Operations
  • Proven experience in HACCP, EM management, weight control, and hold & release processes within a production environment
  • Familiarity with manufacturing site hygiene, GMP, and quality systems such as SAP ION and IQS (preferred)
  • Strong knowledge and understanding of quality and food safety systems, including HACCP, CCPs, SPPs, and food safety legislation
  • Competency in conducting verifications, audits, and quality checks
  • Ability to deliver training and coach others on quality processes
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
