The ideal candidate will provide exceptional support to the clinical study team, ensuring seamless execution of clinical trials according to protocol. Responsibilities include managing documentations, tracking, electronic filing and review, as well as collaborating with site staff to guarantee compliance with ICH GCP and other applicable regulations.

To excel in this role, you'll need strong interpersonal skills, proficiency in MS Office, and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously. A quality-focused mindset and experience in Life Sciences are essential, along with good command of English and German language skills.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to the clinical study team.
  • Collaborate with site staff to ensure clinical trials are conducted according to protocol.
  • Manage documentations, tracking, electronic filing and review.
  • Ensure studies are run according to ICH GCP and other applicable regulations at site.
  • Organize meetings and manage delivery of non-drug related study supplies.
