As a Project & Operations Associate, you will play a pivotal role in providing comprehensive support to the Head of Sales and their team, while also spearheading a project to optimise the efficiency of sales processes within the pharmacy department. Your primary focus will be on delivering high-level administrative assistance across various sales functions, ensuring seamless coordination, and facilitating effective communication among stakeholders. This role is integral to driving long term business outcomes and enhancing efficiencies via several projects within the pharmacy department.

Every day, we rise to the challenge to make a difference and here's how the Project & Operations Associate will make an impact, the key responsibilities for this role include:

- Be the key liaison between Regional Business Manager requests and Head of Sales to ensure work and any tasks required are actioned promptly and in accordance to the timeframes outlined
- Work with Head of Sales to ensure the effective implementation of team member development and field force effectiveness strategies as required including sales reporting, and performance tracking as required for the role
- Assist in project planning, including defining project scope, goals, and deliverables for the department
- Develop and maintain project schedules, timelines, and key milestones.
- Coordinate project activities and tasks among team members and stakeholders adhering to timelines
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and integration of project activities.
- Monitor project progress and identify potential issues or risks, proactively implementing solutions.
- Ability to support as required for work-related functions, including conferences, offsite meetings, team meetings, and events

The minimum qualifications and skillset required for this role is:

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Pharmacy, Science or Sales;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, adapted appropriately to the audience
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to balance priorities in a fast-paced work environment
- Advanced computer skills in packages including Word, Excel & PowerPoint
- Proven experience as a project coordinator or similar role.
- Must be eligible to work in Australia (Australian Citizen or appropriate Visa holder).
