Regulatory Compliance Assistant
About the Role:This role involves maintaining regulatory documentation, liaising with internal and external stakeholders, and supporting the organization in meeting compliance requirements.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date filing systems for the regulatory compliance team.
- Schedule and coordinate internal and external compliance meetings, reviews, and associated team projects.
- Prepare agendas, take detailed minutes, and follow up on action items relevant to the regulatory compliance team's day-to-day operations.
- Assist in compiling and formatting data for compliance reports, presentations, and dashboards.
- Help track regulatory submissions and ensure timely delivery.
- Support the team in gathering materials and documentation needed for audits or regulatory inspections.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Previous experience in a corporate or commercial administrative role.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience within early education and care is desirable but not mandatory.
