About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Principal Broker to join our Corporate team in Melbourne. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing a large complex corporate account, providing innovative risk solutions, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain meaningful relationships with insurers at a senior level.
  • Manage a portfolio of key revenue-generating accounts.
  • Ensure high-quality customer service is provided to all clients.
  • Lead the development and coordination of product and service solutions specific to a group of accounts.
  • Implement clear and effective renewal and broking strategies.
  • Ensure effective account retention and defence strategies are in place for all clients.
  • Maintain an active involvement in all claim-related matters.
  • Track and report on new business opportunities.
  • Contribute to process improvement and innovation.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of Corporate broking experience.
  • Extensive knowledge of risks and controls across various business areas.
  • Ability to step into a portfolio of our largest and most complex accounts.
  • Strong market presence within General Insurance.
