About the Opportunity

We're seeking a highly skilled and proactive Broker Support Specialist to join our dynamic team at Liberty Financial Group. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our brokers and BDMs, ensuring a delightful experience for our customers.

About the Role

  • Provide top-notch servicing support to brokers, including new loan enquiries, applications, and existing loans
  • Drive broker communications, including email updates and LinkedIn messaging
  • Proactively follow up sales leads and opportunities to completion
  • Answer inbound calls, answer questions, and educate brokers about our personal loans
  • Provide excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders
  • Support the broader business in initiatives to improve performance, efficiencies, and customer satisfaction
