We are seeking a qualified Building Compliance Officer to join our team on a permanent full-time basis.

Job Description

The role involves undertaking compliance investigations, managing and assessing Complying Developments and Part 6 Certificate Applications, and providing Principal Certifying Services to customers involved in building construction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Appropriate tertiary qualifications in Building Surveying or one of the recognised qualifications for a building surveyor by Fair Trading NSW (or near completion).
  • Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of relevant building and planning legislation.
  • Demonstrated experience in the management of investigations and enforcement action.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Commitment to the provision of excellent customer service.
