We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Front of House staff member. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences that exceed our customers' expectations.

  • Create memorable moments for our guests through excellent customer service and a positive attitude.
  • Drive sales by upselling and promoting products in a friendly and engaging manner.
  • Work collaboratively with your team to achieve daily goals and challenges.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • A valid RSA and WWCC or willingness to obtain them.
  • Flexibility to work weekends, nights, and varying shifts.
