The Role

We are looking for a talented & exceptional Front of House Team Member to join our dynamic team located in Adelaide, South Australia.

You will be providing a service level beyond the tenant's expectations by going above and beyond. You will also be looking for ways to improve the tenant and visitors experience.

Your activities

  • Provide engaging, on brand welcome and farewell to staff, clients and contractors
  • Recognise VIP's, guests and building staff and use their names wherever possible.
  • Ensure reception spaces, guest lounges and meeting rooms are well-presented and clean.
  • Work closely with security teams to ensure people & building safety
  • Assist uploading information to the tenant's portals.
  • Offer a concierge service of assisting with ticketing, event, venue queries.
  • Manage administrative tasks as per the request from the tenant eg. Mailroom, postage, reports, etc.
