Senior Manager Performance and Rewards

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Manager Performance and Rewards to join our team at NBN Co. As a key member of our People and Culture Business Unit, you will be responsible for leading our annual remuneration review, including salary planning, STI management, forecasting, and market analysis.
You will also be responsible for leading various Reward initiatives, including related projects as needed. If you have extensive experience with modelling and a demonstrated working knowledge of HRIS tools/payroll systems such as Workday, we want to hear from you.
About YouTo be successful in this role, you will have a background in project managing complex initiatives, such as annual remuneration reviews, annual reporting, and managing remuneration and benefit practices. Your knowledge in managing remuneration and benefit practices will also see you succeed in this role.
