Job Description

This role will see you driving recruitment efforts including sourcing, screening, and attracting top talent across Product and Design. You'll collaborate with hiring managers and leadership teams to understand business needs and proactively find the right individuals who will contribute to our success.

This hands-on position will be based in Melbourne, Sydney, or Singapore. As a trusted advisor, you'll be passionate about building strong relationships with candidates and delivering a seamless recruiting experience that reflects Airwallex's operating principles, dynamic culture, and global ambitions.

Responsibilities
  • Source and identify top-tier tech talent through various channels, including online job boards, social media, and referrals.
  • Evaluate candidates not just for technical skills but also for their fit with our core values.
  • Keep stakeholders informed with timely updates on recruitment progress, reflecting our values of taking ownership of our actions and decisions.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to deeply understand department needs, crafting strategies that embody our pursuit of craftsmanship and innovation.
  • Streamline the recruitment process to quickly secure top talent, demonstrating our commitment to moving fast with conviction.
  • Stay ahead of tech trends to ensure we attract forward-thinking candidates who are committed to driving long-term success.
  • Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, emphasizing our values of ownership and never settle.
  • Leverage recruitment metrics to drive continuous improvement, aligning our hiring practices with our core principle of optimizing for long-term value, ensuring we not only meet but exceed our recruitment goals.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A minimum of 7+ years of experience in a full-cycle Talent Acquisition / Recruitment role.
  • Proven results in hiring across various technical roles (e.g., product managers, software engineers) using various platforms like LinkedIn, GitHub, Stack Overflow, etc.
  • Strong ability to develop trusting, consultative partnerships with hiring managers.
  • Ability to gather and use data to drive strategy and influence stakeholders.
  • Experience recruiting entry-level through to senior complex searches.
  • Capable of working independently as well as collaboratively within a team setting.
  • Great at building and executing creative sourcing strategies utilizing LinkedIn Recruiter.
  • Proficiency in recruiting tools and software.
  • Bachelor's degree.
Benefits
