**Job Overview:**

We're seeking a highly skilled Technical Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team in Sydney. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will be responsible for leading the end-to-end recruitment process for technical roles across multiple business units.

**What You'll Do:

  • Lead recruitment efforts for technical positions, ensuring timely delivery and quality candidate pipelines.
  • Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to identify top talent, leveraging networks, research, referrals, and social media platforms.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand requirements, providing data-driven insights to inform hiring decisions.
  • Conduct thorough candidate screenings and interviews, assessing qualifications and cultural fit.
  • Partner closely with the People & Culture and Workplace Experience teams to ensure seamless onboarding and integration processes.
  • Establish yourself as a trusted advisor to your stakeholder group through proactive communication and meaningful partnership.

**Requirements & Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of demonstrated experience in technical recruiting, preferably with expertise in innovative sourcing methodologies and non-traditional channels for engineering roles.
  • Strong understanding of the end-to-end recruitment cycle, with the ability to apply tools proactively and adapt to changing needs.
  • Proven capacity to develop and maintain successful stakeholder relationships, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
  • An interest in high-growth technology startups and a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced, growth-oriented scale-up environment, with strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
