Job Description:

Our volunteers work together as a team to create a welcoming and inclusive environment for customers. You will have the opportunity to develop your skills in retail, customer service, and teamwork, while also contributing to a cause that makes a real difference in the world.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing excellent customer service and ensuring a positive shopping experience for customers
  • Assisting with sales, stock management, and visual merchandising
  • Working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives
  • Maintaining a clean and safe store environment

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Basic math skills and accuracy when handling cash transactions
  • A National Police Certificate and Working with Children Check (as required)
