We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Project Lead to join our team. As a key member of our project delivery team, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of projects from inception to completion.

About the Role

  • Lead project teams and manage contracts to ensure successful project outcomes
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers
  • Manage budgets and resources to meet project targets
  • Identify skill gaps in the team and provide training and development opportunities
  • Maintain open lines of communication with project managers and team members
  • Conduct site quality checks to ensure high-quality work is delivered to clients
  • Support company-wide professional development initiatives

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • A minimum 5 years' experience in a similar position in plumbing, construction, or a related industry
  • A degree in Project Management or equivalent
  • Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to mentor and develop staff
  • Knowledge of relevant codes, regulations, policies, and procedures
  • Ability to communicate effectively with others at all levels, both written and verbal
  • Capacity to develop relationships with diverse stakeholders
