Job Overview

The role of an Onboarding Specialist involves working closely with clients to ensure a seamless onboarding experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate client needs and requirements
  • Configure systems to meet client needs
  • Train users on marketing, sales, and service tools
  • Troubleshoot problems with systems
  • Provide ongoing support to clients
  • Work with the Customer Success Manager to track client progress and identify opportunities for improvement
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest features and functionality

Requirements:

  • Must Have Skills: 2+ years of experience in customer-facing roles, strong ability to build assets in marketing, sales, and service tools, experience with project management and problem-solving, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team, and a passion for helping businesses succeed
  • Additonal Skills Required: Strong technical skills and a passion for user-centred technology, strong English, including written and spoken comprehension, ability to work under pressure and to time constraints, ability to think outside the box, including finding potential problems before they arise, a sense of urgency within a competitive industry, and ability to take constructive feedback as an opportunity to grow and learn
