Position Overview

We are seeking a qualified professional to conduct site inspections, prepare technical reports and remedial designs, and oversee the delivery of rectification works across a variety of building projects.

This role involves conducting detailed site inspections and investigations of building façades, waterproofing, and structural elements. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of Australian Building Codes, Standards, and industry regulations.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Conducting detailed site inspections and investigations of building façades, waterproofing, and structural elements
  • Preparing defect reports, scopes of work, remedial design documentation, and technical specifications
  • Monitoring and supervising rectification works to ensure compliance with design, safety, and quality standards
  • Liaising with stakeholders, including strata managers, contractors, builders, and clients
  • Assisting with tender evaluations and contract administration
  • Maintaining accurate project documentation and correspondence

The successful candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering (or related field) and demonstrate strong technical writing and documentation skills, as well as excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
