Structural Project Specialist

This role offers a unique opportunity to work on diverse and challenging projects, including structural design documentation for steel, reinforced concrete, and civil structures.
Key Responsibilities- Undertake technical drafting tasks, encompassing the production of detailed drawings and specifications for complex construction projects
- Prepare and set up project drawings and details at commencement, anticipating requirements and progressing documentation with minimal supervision
- Contribute to project delivery through effective program and schedule development, tender management, and coordination with stakeholders
- Apply sound judgement and attention to detail to produce accurate, high-quality documentation that meets industry standards
- 5+ years' experience in structural and civil drafting, preferably with formal Revit training and a proven track record in a consulting environment
- Strong capability in structural steel and reinforced concrete detailing, with the ability to work independently on small and large projects
- Demonstrated ability to set up drawings and details at project commencement, anticipating requirements and progressing documentation with limited direction
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality, buildable drawings that meet client expectations
