About the Opportunity

We are seeking an accomplished finance professional to drive our financial strategy and propel performance across the region.

As a key contributor, you will be responsible for planning, budgeting, and forecasting, as well as analyzing trends, risks, and opportunities to enhance profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own planning, budgeting, and forecasting across the region
  • Analyze trends, risks, and opportunities to improve profitability
  • Build capital plans and assess ROI for strategic initiatives
  • Influence cross-functional teams and advise senior leaders
  • Present financial reports and KPIs to executive stakeholders
  • Strengthen controls and enhance financial processes

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA/CPA/CMA preferred)
  • 10+ years in finance roles within multinational or regional organizations
  • Strong commercial and/or supply chain finance experience
  • Advanced financial modeling, forecasting, and analytical skills
  • Proven leadership across diverse, multi-country teams
