Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled ICT Support Specialist to join our team on a permanent full-time basis.

The successful candidate will provide essential support, education, and guidance in deploying and maintaining clients' computer infrastructure. Responsibilities include diagnosing and resolving technical problems, contributing to clients' engineering and product development success.

Main Responsibilities
  1. Provide technical assistance and troubleshooting for software and hardware issues.
  2. Support clients with Siemens PLM solutions, ensuring timely resolution of user issues with minimal business disruption.
  3. Determine software and hardware requirements to offer effective solutions.
  4. Diagnose, identify, and resolve system problems and user-reported issues related to software functionality, data access, and workflows.
  5. Install, download, and configure PLM system infrastructure, including applications like Teamcenter and its integrations.
  6. Develop and conduct user training sessions and create technical documentation such as procedural guides.
  7. Collaborate with users and senior engineers to resolve complex technical issues, ensuring adherence to best practices.
Must Have
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated experience in PLM software support, specifically with Siemens Teamcenter.
Skills Required
  • Expertise in PLM implementation and support, especially with Siemens Teamcenter (Rich Client, Active Workspace, BMIDE).
  • Proficiency in CAD software, including Solid Edge, NX, and Rhino.
  • In-depth knowledge of PLM modules such as Requirement Management, Change Management, BOM Management, and MCAD Integration.
  • Technical skills in TCL, VB.NET, HTML.
