We are seeking an experienced Senior Sales Manager to join our team in Sydney, Australia. As a key member of our Nutrition Division, you will have the opportunity to drive revenue growth and influence the retail agenda in the Australian market.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a contract strategy to unlock key customer targets
  • Build strong relationships with sports nutrition, healthy snacking, and OTG Impulse category retailers
  • Negotiate trade terms, trade funding, and counterparts with customers
  • Manage promotional and non-promotional investments with customers
  • Launch new products with customers and provide samples and activation plans
  • Manage customer P&L and sales performance
Requirements
  • 3+ years of sales/business development experience in the CPG sector
  • Experience in sports nutrition is strongly advantageous
  • Existing relationships with Australian retailers
  • Ability to manage the full 360 sales process
