Key Responsibilities

  • General administration and office management duties
  • Supporting directors and associates with submissions as required
  • Developing, maintaining, and updating the practice profile
  • Assisting with filing and organisation
  • Developing and implementing marketing strategies in line with company objectives
  • Generating and maintaining a calendar of awards entry information
  • Managing all internal events
  • Assisting directors/associates with recruitment
  • Managing social media presence and direct programs to improve social media

Role Description Summary: This role is ideal for an individual with experience in administration, office management, and a background in architecture.

As a Studio Coordinator, you will have the opportunity to work in a supportive team environment at a reputable architectural firm.

  • Has a degree in architecture
  • Has experience in an administration or office management role
