As a Key Account Fleet Representative at ARB Australia, you will be responsible for managing and growing the ARB product distribution network throughout the Motor Vehicle Dealer, Fleet customers, and Key Accounts across New South Wales and the ACT.

You will be a key member of the state leadership team, reporting to the State Manager and working closely with the Corporate Retail Branch Managers, Fleet and Wholesale Manager, and State Retail Operations Manager.

Your primary focus will be on exceeding revenue targets and increasing the size of the ARB distribution network within the defined territory.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Maximise ARB sales and profit within the given territory in line with the strategic sales plan.
  2. Maintain, grow, and identify new revenue channels through building strong relationships with Motor Vehicle Dealerships, key NSW and ACT accounts, and fleet organisations.
  3. Provide a high level of service to the above within the defined territory through a structured call cycle.
  4. Work closely with the Retail Branch Managers to coordinate the timely fitment of ARB products to new vehicles, provided by Motor Vehicle Dealers.
  5. Represent ARB in line with our values at key events, shows, and other engagements.

You will also need to have the capacity to work with and organize large amounts of data and information into actionable requirements, a focus on meeting deadlines, and exceptional analytical skills to evaluate sales opportunities that drive growth.
