We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a land development surveyor in Brisbane. The primary focus of this role will be working on various land development projects.
Key Responsibilities:- Cadastral surveys, detail and engineering surveys as directed by senior staff.
- Leading field teams in a safe, efficient and cost-effective manner.
- Maintaining accurate survey records in accordance with industry standards.
- Ensuring equipment is calibrated and maintained per industry requirements.
- Supervising field assistants to ensure they are productively engaged.
- Respecting private and public property when working in the field.
- University degree relevant to surveying.
- Registration as a surveyor, Graduate Surveyor or Surveyor under the Surveyors Act 2003.
- Current Queensland Class 'C' Driver's License.
- Proficiency with GPS and total station equipment.
- Data processing for survey plan drafting.
- Maintenance of records according to the Surveyors Act and company procedures.
This position requires regular work in outdoor environments with exposure to varying weather conditions. Applicants must possess strong physical stamina and endurance.
