Keyframe Services is a fast-growing digital engineering and spatial consultancy working across major infrastructure and construction projects in Australia. We specialise in spatial verification, LiDAR scanning, and BIM integration to ensure accuracy from design through to handover.

We're looking for a Licensed Surveyor to join our Brisbane team in a full-time capacity. You'll play a key role in delivering accurate field-based spatial data, including site set-out, control, and LiDAR capture, supporting our digital engineers and project teams.

The Opportunity

As a Licensed Surveyor, you will be responsible for:

• Performing set-out for gridlines, penetrations, slab edges, and other construction elements
• Establishing and verifying site control networks
• Capturing accurate spatial data using terrestrial LiDAR scanners
• Supporting verification processes by comparing real-world data to BIM models
• Ensuring compliance with applicable surveying legislation and standards
• Coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate fieldwork delivery
• Vehicle allowance and a competitive remuneration package, aligned with experience and industry benchmarks

About You

• Registration with the Surveyors Board of Queensland
• Solid experience in field surveying, particularly in construction set-out, cadastral, or infrastructure projects
• Strong understanding of development processes, including the ability to interpret consent conditions relevant to subdivision and land titling
• Proven ability to supervise and prepare draft or conceptual subdivision plans for development applications
• Experience working directly with clients and development representatives to deliver accurate and timely surveying outcomes
• Ability to collaborate effectively with both junior team members and senior licensed surveyors
• Proficient in completing As-Constructed Lease Plans
