Job Description:
The Role involves managing the contract administration process for residential developments, ensuring compliance with contractual requirements and regulations. The successful candidate will possess strong communication skills, be able to work independently, and have a solid understanding of construction processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Preparation of subcontractor tender packages, scope of works, and contract documentation
- Submission and evaluation of variations
