We are seeking an experienced Banking Manager to lead our portfolio of clients, covering banker leave and vacancies across NSW and ACT.

In this critical role, you will be responsible for owning the day-to-day customer experience, compliance, and transactional requirements. Your key responsibilities include:

  • Supporting customers through their banking needs, providing sound advice on growth opportunities and risk.
  • Working with buddy bankers across the region to identify and refer new opportunities.
  • Collaborating within your local team and contributing to team culture and initiatives.
