**About the Role**

**CHANDON** seeks a passionate and driven **Wine Experience Manager** to lead our wine experience program and c**raft unforgettable guest Experiences at CHANDON**

**Responsibilities**:

- Lead and develop a high-performing team of Wine Specialists, fostering a positive and productive sales culture based on our "Host with Heart" philosophy.
- Oversee all aspects of wine tastings and experiences, from design and execution to sales and customer service.
- Manage wine and merchandise inventory, maintain updated menus, and assist with daily operations.
- Develop and deliver engaging wine education programs for staff and guests.
- Host VIPs, conduct masterclasses, and represent CHANDON at regional events.
- Achieve sales and Club Chandon conversion targets while managing labor costs.
- Collaborate with the Operations team to enhance guest experiences and drive business growth.

**Requirements**:
**Qualifications**:

- Passion for wine and proven leadership experience in hospitality and sales.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Command of a second language would be a plus

**Requirement**
- Availability to work weekends, weekdays, or both.
- You must have the right to live and work in Australia
