Key Responsibilities- Provide individual and group support to program participants to address their psychosocial, emotional, and addiction-related needs.
- Develop and implement personalized support plans to promote recovery and well-being.
- Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and support.
- Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify individual needs and develop strategies for support.
- Provide education and training to individuals and their families on mental health and addiction-related topics.
- Relevant degree and experience in a field such as psychology, behavioral science, community services, or social welfare.
- 100 points of identification.
- Evidence of right to work in Australia.
- National Police Check.
- International Police Check (if relevant).
