Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Real Estate Analyst to join our team at Platinum Pacific Partners. As a key member of our corporate finance team, you will play a vital role in supporting the financial analysis and reporting for our ongoing projects.

Main Responsibilities

  • Assist in preparing financial models and reports for existing projects, including investor reports, asset and business plans, and budgets.
  • Collaborate with the Development and Operations teams to analyze ongoing projects and contribute to new acquisitions.
  • Develop and refine project and fund models, and prepare market research, term sheets, investment papers, and presentations for stakeholders.
  • Manage key stakeholder relationships with internal teams, JV partners, and investors.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of professional experience in real estate financial analysis, with a Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Property, or a related field.
  • Strong financial modeling and Excel skills are essential, with experience in real estate valuations and development knowledge being an advantage.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, work independently, and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
  • Prior experience in residential build-to-rent (BTR) is a plus, but not required.
