Job Description

We are seeking a Commercial Operations Expert to join our team. As a key member, you will be responsible for driving commercial growth and optimizing business performance.

In this role, you will:

  • Develop and implement insightful analyses and recommendations to drive revenue growth and reduce churn;
  • Own the commercial strategy for selected Voice & Digital estates, collaborating with internal teams to achieve quarterly and yearly targets;
  • Adopt a data-driven approach to launch iterative initiatives at scale, ensuring alignment with Technical, Commercial, and Trading teams;
  • Recommend effective commercial strategies to improve customer growth, engaging with Customer Marketing, Customer Experience, Trading, and Sophisticated Business Analytics teams;
  • Drive initiatives that directly impact products, optimizing value for customers through collaboration with Commercial Product teams.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you must have:

  • Strong commercial acumen and numerical skills, able to size opportunities and influence stakeholders;
  • Excellent analytical skills, confident in using Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint to present complex data in a clear and concise manner;
  • Ability to collaborate with multiple teams and communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels;
  • Confidence in presenting recommendations to both large and small audiences, producing presentation packs that drive stakeholder engagement.
