Job Title: Food Nutrition And Compliance Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to support the development and verification of food product labels based on raw materials, recipes, and menu specifications.

This role is responsible for ensuring our food labels meet regulatory standards and customer expectations.

The successful candidate will analyse and record nutritional and allergen data for raw materials and recipes in line with food standards and legislation.

Key responsibilities include generating and approving food labelling content, including ingredient lists, nutrition panels, and relevant claims.

Maintain and support labelling software and specification databases.

Collaborate across departments to provide technical guidance on food labelling requirements.

Uphold quality assurance and minimising compliance-related risks.

  • Job Type: 12-month fixed term opportunity
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Formal food science and nutrition qualification (Technical/Auditing)
  • Formal HACCP certification
  • Proven experience in food labelling, food safety, or compliance within a food service environment
  • Strong understanding of food safety legislation and standards (e.g., FSANZ Code, ACCC, Halal, FDA)
  • Skilled in Microsoft Office and labelling/ERP systems such as Foodworks Online and Seagull Bartender
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment
