Job Title: Strategic Communication Lead

We are seeking an experienced communication professional to lead our strategic communication efforts.

About the Role

This is a senior-level position responsible for developing and implementing internal communication strategies that elevate leadership effectiveness, boost employee engagement, and connect teams to our purpose, strategy, values, and behaviors.

You will work closely with Group Executives and Executive General Managers to develop enterprise-wide campaigns, lead major portfolios of work, and offer expert advice to senior leaders across the business.

This role requires a confident communicator with a passion for strategic storytelling, leadership engagement, and business impact.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience developing and executing communications plans and materials aligned with organizational strategy.

They will also be able to actively keep abreast of changes in the external environment and translate them into the internal environment.

This is more than a communications role – it's an opportunity to influence culture, deliver measurable outcomes, and be a trusted advisor at the highest levels of the organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement internal communication strategies that drive business results
  • Work closely with senior leaders to develop enterprise-wide campaigns and lead major portfolios of work
  • Offer expert advice on communications planning and execution
  • Maintain a high level of awareness of external trends and developments and translate them into internal initiatives
Requirements
  • 15 years+ relevant industry experience preferred
  • Degree qualifications in Communications or a related field (essential)
  • Extensive experience developing and executing communications plans and materials aligned with organizational strategy
  • Proven ability to actively keep abreast of changes in external environment and translate into internal environment
