About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Administrator to join our team. This role will involve providing exceptional customer service and ensuring achievement of customer service requirements.

  • Control of activities agenda, word processing, documents filing, office supplies, and preparation of reports, spreadsheets, and graphs for presentations.
  • Conducts day-to-day administrative operations to ensure goals and objectives are met.
  • Enters data and conducts records management tasks to maintain accurate data.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be highly organized, and able to prioritize and multitask. They should also have a strong attention to detail, be able to work under pressure, and be proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Operations: Conduct day-to-day administrative operations to ensure goals and objectives are met.
  • Data Management: Enters data and conducts records management tasks to maintain accurate data.
  • Process Improvement: Identifies areas where processes may not be working effectively and makes recommendations for change.

  • Communication: Excellent phone manner and interpersonal skills.
  • Organizational: Highly organized and able to prioritize and multitask.
  • Technical: Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Customer Service: Excellent customer service skills.
