Business Development Executive

Job Summary:

The Business Development Executive is responsible for overseeing sales targets and implementing strategies to expand the Automated Logic brand in Australia. This role involves working closely with customers, including end-users, mechanical contractors, and builders.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Relationship management and existing system equipment lifecycle/asset management.
  2. Solution-based selling and understanding and tracking End User investment/expansion strategies.
  3. Estimate and provide professional submissions.
  4. Identify and convert new opportunities for total solutions/product sales.
  5. Provide total BMCS, MSI, system solutions, promoting Automated Logic's capabilities and extensive product range.
  6. Continue to build strong relationships with new and potential client base.
  7. Provide regular updates to General Manager with client and industry feedback.

Requirements:

  1. Experience within a similar role.
  2. Previous experience with estimating and providing submissions.
  3. Knowledge of Building automation technologies and designs.
  4. Experience leading a sales team and proven success within previous sales role.
  5. Ability to develop and implement budgets.
  6. Strong negotiation skills coupled with the ability to sell and develop commercial contracts.
  7. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
