We are seeking a highly skilled Business Systems Manager to join our team at Talent International. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for implementing an end-to-end CRM solution, starting from scratch. This is a unique opportunity to shape the entire system from the ground up and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Source and implement a Client Record Management (CRM) system that aligns with client requirements.
  • Lead the sourcing and implementation of an online Learning Management System (LMS).
  • Develop and implement best practice project management systems across the organization.
  • Lead the implementation of the client's new Impact Measuring Framework, ensuring consistency for data collection and management processes to enable complex analysis.
  • Drive collaboration with stakeholders to identify, analyze, and document business needs, processes, interfaces, and data dependencies within the organization.
  • Manage and support continuous improvement across system platforms (CRM, LMS, Impact Measuring Framework, etc.).
  • Monitor and track project progress, identifying variances and implementing corrective actions to keep projects on track.
  • Generate reports for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders, and third-party suppliers.
  • Develop and implement the client's Business Systems roadmap through comprehensive engagement and analysis to ensure the seamless integration of fundamental business processes.
  • Implement data handling practices that respect privacy laws and regulations within the client's jurisdiction.
  • Apply and demonstrate knowledge and understanding of the project's impact (on people, process, and technology) within the client's organization.
Requirements
  • Demonstrated project management experience with an ability to lead, implement, and deliver end-to-end project management of IT systems, including planning, resource, and execution of plans.
  • Proficiency in LMS, CRMs, and backend platforms.
  • Excellent written and oral presentation skills, including the ability to translate complex information into plain language and actions.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to develop and deliver pragmatic solutions.
  • Highly Developed Communication Skills – ability to convey technical information clearly (both written and oral) and interact with people at all levels is essential.
  • Previous experience working within an agile team.
  • Considerable experience working within cross-functional teams and collaborating and communicating with senior business stakeholders.
