Caregiver for Independent Living

We are seeking an experienced Home Care Assistant to join our dedicated team in the Northern Territory, providing support to older Australians living independently in their own homes.
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering tailored support with daily tasks, activities, personal care and mobility assistance, enabling our clients to maintain their independence and quality of life.
You will work closely with clients to understand their individual needs, goals and preferences, building strong relationships and trust. With excellent communication skills and a caring attitude, you will provide empathetic and person-centred support, promoting client well-being and dignity.
To excel in this role, you will possess a Certificate III in a relevant field, such as Individual Support (Ageing), Aged Care or Home and Community Care. You will also hold a current First Aid certificate, CPR certification and a valid driver's licence. Experience in a personal carer role is essential, with demonstrated ability to work without direct supervision.
