About Our Opportunity

We are seeking qualified nurses to join our multidisciplinary teams in various locations across regional NSW and QLD.

  • Killean residential aged care facility – Inverell, NSW

  • Yallambee residential aged care facility – Millmerran, QLD

You will play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality care to our elderly residents. This involves bringing clinical expertise, compassion, and leadership skills to our team while supporting Enrolled Nurses and Care Service Employees.

About You

Essential:

  • A minimum of 12 months' experience in aged care since registration as a Registered Nurse with AHPRA.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of aged care legislation and policies.
  • Familiarity with the Aged Care Quality Standards and accreditation processes.
  • High-level analytical, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • An empathetic and respectful approach to care, with strong interpersonal skills.
  • A team-oriented mindset with a commitment to our organization's values.
  • Availability to work across a 24/7 rotating roster (morning, afternoon, nights).
  • A valid driver's license and access to a vehicle.

Preferred:

  • Experience in residential aged care, focusing on holistic support for older people.
  • Primary Healthcare experience, managing chronic illnesses and supporting older populations.
  • Strong clinical knowledge of age-related health issues.
  • Leadership and coordination skills.
  • Caring and empathetic nature, with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of aged care standards, compliance, and relevant legislation.
