Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our Emergency Department team at Inverell Hospital. About the Role

The successful candidate will work closely with a dynamic team of healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care for critical and acute patients. You will be responsible for assessing patients' needs, developing and implementing individualized care plans, and collaborating with other healthcare teams to ensure seamless care delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
  • To assess patients' needs and develop individualized care plans;
  • To deliver high-quality patient care, including administering medications, performing procedures, and providing education and support to patients and their families;
  • To collaborate with other healthcare teams, including doctors, therapists, and support staff, to ensure seamless care delivery;
  • To maintain accurate and detailed records of patient interactions, including medical histories, test results, and treatment plans;

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • A current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA);
