ROLE OVERVIEW:
- Work schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM.
- Engage in weekly sales meetings and maintain the sales tracking spreadsheet.
- Compile, prepare, and distribute Pre-Listing Kits for properties.
- Conduct research on comparable sales history using relevant tools.
- Design and organize proposed advertising schedules for listings.
- Input new property listings into the Box + Dice system.
- Process files for new listings, including auctions and private sales.
- Ensure all sale authority details are accurately entered in Box + Dice.
- Provide additional support to the sales team, including preparing submissions and property reports.
- Oversee processes related to Real Time Agent and Campaign Agent.
- Coordinate the collection of sale deposits and advertising payments.
- Manage BPAY reference payments effectively.
- Assign tasks to the Reception/Sales Admin Assistant as needed.
- Review new listing files to ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
- Prepare and update the Statement of Information form for all sale properties during the campaign.
- Notify management of any non-compliant files for necessary follow-up.
- Provide backup coverage for reception duties when required.
- Supervise administrative tasks performed by the Receptionist/Administration Assistant.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Familiarity with the Box + Dice sales system is advantageous.
- Agents Representative certification is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
- Exceptional attention to detail is essential.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Systems-oriented approach to tasks.
- Ability to multitask effectively.
- Positive, mature, and driven attitude.
