Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Program Director to lead our Sydney-based loyalty program. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of strategies to drive engagement and retention within the program.

About You

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or Advertising preferred
  • 5 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on loyalty and retention marketing
  • 3 years of experience managing multi-million-dollar budgets
  • Demonstrated success in setting marketing goals and leading cross-functional teams through concept development and execution
  • Proven experience in successfully managing multi-channel, national programs
  • Proven experience in partnering with technology teams to deliver customer experience improvements
  • Deep understanding of loyalty and retention marketing
  • Ability to build strong relationships with peers and senior leadership
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
