About the Role

As a Program Director at Whizdom Recruitment, you will be responsible for leading project management activities, including overseeing systems and data governance, monitoring and reporting teams. This is an exciting opportunity to utilize your expertise in strategic planning, team leadership, and stakeholder engagement.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leadership and Strategy: Develop and implement strategies to improve project outcomes, enhance team performance, and foster a culture of collaboration and innovation.
  • Risk Management: Oversee risk management activities to ensure alignment with relevant legislation, guidelines, and best practices. Collaborate closely with governance and risk teams to identify and mitigate potential risks.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team to provide governance framework, including Project Control Group. Foster a supportive environment that encourages professional growth and development.
  • Systems and Data Governance: Oversee the implementation and maintenance of systems and data governance, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and organizational standards.
  • Communication and Stakeholder Engagement: Develop and maintain effective communication channels with stakeholders, including internal teams, external partners, and senior management.
Challenges and Opportunities:
  • Negotiation and Consultation: Manage complex consultations and negotiations with diverse stakeholders, balancing competing demands and priorities while ensuring timely delivery.
  • Resource Optimization: Achieve multiple project objectives within limited resources and tight deadlines, identifying interdependencies and optimizing project workflows.

  • 5-Month Contract
  • Hybrid working available
Salary and Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary range of $AUD 90,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience. Additional benefits include hybrid working arrangements, opportunities for professional growth, and a dynamic work environment.
