Expert Learning Experience Manager

We are seeking an experienced Learning Experience Manager to help us create high-quality, engaging learning experiences for university partners.
About the Role- The ideal candidate will have a strong background in educational design and a deep understanding of LMS platforms.
- They will be responsible for delivering workshops, webinars, and training sessions that meet the needs of teacher users.
- Additionally, they will lead the planning, execution, and delivery of LMS projects from scoping to post-implementation support.
- Key responsibilities include designing scaffolded assessments, providing user support, and overseeing the creation and implementation of comprehensive training materials.
- LMS Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of LMS platforms (Canvas, Blackboard, Moodle) and their higher education functionalities.
- Educational Design: Experience designing and delivering engaging training sessions, workshops, and webinars with pedagogical grounding.
- Relationship Building: Strong interpersonal skills and ability to establish meaningful connections in one-on-one and group settings, in-person and online.
- Project Management: Demonstrated ability to manage projects from initiation to completion, independently and collaboratively.
- Education: Bachelor's degree from a leading university.
- Experience: 3+ years of experience in higher education or EdTech, including LMS management.
