As a senior leader with significant people leadership experience, along with an in-depth understanding of learning theories and frameworks, you have the ability to facilitate high quality, end to end learning experiences and solutions.

**About the Opportunity**

Reporting to the Head of OCL, you are an engaging, authentic, and empowering people leader who is passionate about embedding a learning culture and a measurable impact. As a learning design and delivery expert, you will bring extensive learning design expertise, be a forward thinker who can operate strategically and operationally to get things done. You are across the latest in learning technology, design, and the future of learning experiences. You're able to quickly adapt and respond to business and project needs whilst confidently estimating learning resourcing and budgets and managing a team to meet projects and agreed milestones.

You will bring extensive experience across all stages of the learning cycle and have a good understanding of change management frameworks to ensure the scoping and proposed learning solutions are aligned to stakeholder requirements, drive people, capability, culture & performance improvements. You are very comfortable with designing evaluation frameworks that enable effective demonstration of capability uplift and achievement of learning outcomes that meet business objectives.

You will lead and manage the design and delivery of learning activities within and across RACV - from enterprise learning projects to engaging and effective learning solutions for our resorts and contact centres - bringing a future-focused approach to learning that inspires, engages, and enables world class skill, capability, and growth in our people and differentiates the RACV brand experience.

You will focus on using emerging learning technology and modern delivery methods, to create and guide learning that will drive continuous improvement and enable our people to achieve their potential.

**What you'll need to be successful**
- Certificate 4 in Workplace Training and Assessment. (preferred)
- Degree or higher in Adult, HR/OD (preferred)
- Formal qualifications in learning content design and/or adult learning
- Expertise in developing digital learning for blended programs across multiple verticals
- Exposure to UX/UI advantageous
- Minimum 10 years demonstrated experience in a blended learning role
- Minimum 2 years people leadership experience
- Strong understanding of digital & blended learning design and development (including learner experience) & adult learning principles
- Experience partnering with stakeholders to create interactive learning elements and engaging activities utilising a range of techniques
- Management of Learning Management System (LMS) platforms
- Executive stakeholder management
- Outstanding oral and verbal communication and presentation skills
- Advanced Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
- Data analysis and insights
- Evaluation Framework development and management
- Successful appointment to have the ability to work across multiple locations if needed
- Project and budget management
