Urban Learning Experience Leader

This role involves working closely with students, teachers, and a range of stakeholders to deliver unique learning experiences in an urban setting.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in planning, developing, and implementing programs for children and adolescents. They will be responsible for designing and delivering engaging program content that meets the needs of our participants.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage teams of educators and support staff.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.

As a successful candidate, you will have a passion for working with young people and a strong ability to communicate effectively.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading our City Camp Programme and contributing to the growth and development of our youth.

Applicants should have relevant tertiary qualifications for working with children and young people and a proven track record of success in a similar role.

They will be able to develop and maintain positive relationships with students, teachers, and other stakeholders.

Additional responsibilities include planning, developing, and implementing programs that meet the needs of our participants.

Program managers must have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Able to work collaboratively as part of a team and build effective relationships with colleagues and partners.

Proven experience in project management, including budgeting and scheduling.

Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Experience in staff supervision, training, and professional development.
