Key Responsibilities
- Lead a multidisciplinary team in delivering high-quality urban design services, programs, and projects.
- Develop comprehensive plans, guidelines, and designs for town centres, public realm assets, and active transport infrastructure.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to advance urban design outcomes, ensuring compliance with community values and policies.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Professional qualifications in Urban Design, Planning, Architecture, Landscape Architecture, or related disciplines.
- Demonstrated leadership experience in managing multidisciplinary teams, delivering services, programs, and projects.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with ability to negotiate outcomes and influence stakeholders in a dynamic environment.
- Strong organizational skills, with ability to work under pressure to achieve outcomes.
