About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Horticulture Crew Member to join our teams in the maintenance of public green spaces across the Tweed Shire Council area.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain high standards of horticulture and open space maintenance practices.
  • Operate a range of machinery safely and efficiently, including brush cutters, whipper snippers, mowers, and blowers.
  • Work collaboratively as part of a team to achieve common objectives.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in horticulture or open space maintenance is essential.
  • Strong skills using various types of machinery are required.
  • A valid White Card and full Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) are necessary.
  • Reliability, a great attitude, and a team mindset are expected.
