The Maintenance Associate will be a multi-skilled professional responsible for maintaining the property's facilities, ensuring they are safe, clean and functional. This role involves taking charge of all aspects of maintenance, repair and improvement, collaborating with a diverse team and encountering stimulating challenges that require innovative solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain the property's facilities, including rooms, amenities and communal spaces, to ensure they are well-maintained and in excellent condition.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve shared goals and objectives.
  • Identify and address maintenance issues proactively, employing problem-solving skills and handy tools to resolve complex tasks.
Requirements
  • Prior experience in property maintenance is advantageous.
  • Comfortable working in a physical role, with a get-up-and-go attitude and strong attention to detail.
  • Effective communication skills at all levels, from General Managers to guests and contractors.
  • Flexible rotating schedule, including weekends, evenings and public holidays as required.
