We are seeking a seasoned technical expert to provide customer support and service through call taking and assigned incidents on complex issues related to computer hardware and software.

">Key Responsibilities">
  • ">
  • Design, Deploy, and Manage Cloud Infrastructure: Use Azure services to create scalable and secure cloud environments.">
  • Provide Technical Support: Assist customers with desktop, infrastructure, and services across multiple technology streams including hardware, operating systems, software, networks, servers, and print devices.">
  • Respond to Incidents: Resolve technical issues within agreed service level agreements (SLAs) and follow established breach reporting procedures.">
  • Maintain Customer Equipment: Manage customer physical infrastructure including desktop equipment, peripherals, telephony, print devices, audio/video conferencing equipment.">
  • Manage Customer Expectations: Keep customers updated on the progress of their cases, notify them of any delays.">
">Required Skills and Qualifications">
  • ">
  • Security Clearance: Hold an Active Government Security Clearance (AGSVA).">
  • Technical Experience: Minimum 7 months to 1+ year experience supporting end-user devices at level 1+">
  • Technical Knowledge: Level 1 and level 2 technical knowledge of hardware, peripherals, software applications, IT infrastructure, and network equipment.">
  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills to articulate technical information to the target audience.">
  • Customer Service Skills: Professional customer service skills to work well within a team while fostering relationships and partnerships.">
